Apricot and Almond no knead bread
I had another go at making the Cranberry Walnut bread recipe that I made a couple of weeks ago (this post) but this time I made it with apricots and almonds in place of the cramberries and walnuts and it was delicious. I added the diastatic malt powder to the recipe again and I only let it rise for 12 hours which made it a bit denser but it was still really good and it got a good rise in the oven. It was great fresh but even better toasted with some homemade cherry jelly that we got for christmas. This recipe is so easy, I will definitely be making it again with some different flavours.
